MY SALES BACKGROUND:

For 20 years I’ve lived and breathed sales and retention successes and challenges across the business information and SAAS worlds. I’ve built teams from a spark of an idea to triple-digit growth machines in fast-scaling private equity environments, resulting in exits and next round investment.

What has contributed to my teams’ successes, whether enterprise consultative sales, upgrade hungry account management, or 1-call closing inside sales, has been a dedication to coaching my teams, enabling their innate talents and developing excellence.

MY THREE-STEP APPROACH:

1) Assessment of your team’s key challenges via data/metric analysis plus management and individual rep discovery discussions. This quantitative and qualitative approach enables me to embed myself directly into their challenges and deliver a tailored, value-add coaching series, as opposed to generic methodology training, resulting in improved performance.

2) Interactive and proactive coaching sessions where we flex and iterate to focus on real work challenges. Collaborative in nature, I ask questions as we go, discussing and deconstructing why individuals say and do what they do and then coach around how that can be improved.

3) Review and repeat - Reps implement their learnings in live calls. We regroup, reflect, revise and repeat to cement best practice. DELIVERING TANGIBLE RESULT
